I’m a Brooklyn-based, award-winning Executive Creative Director building large-scale experiential platforms and culturally resonant brand moments. I build and scale creative teams, translate business strategy into immersive audience impact, and align bold ideas with measurable results.

With nearly two decades in experiential marketing, I’ve led departments, shaped growth strategy, and delivered revenue-driving experiences for global brands and entertainment properties — while mentoring the next generation of creative leaders.

I tell a good joke on occasiona and my wing-dog Goose runs the house.

Hi! I’m Blair Dempster.

I build experiences for a living — the kind that make people feel something.

I’m a veteran creative marketer who’s spent my career crafting experiential campaigns across automotive, retail, tech, social, entertainment, and spirits. Some were internal brand programs. Some were big, consumer-facing activations. All of them were designed to connect — thoughtfully, strategically, and in ways that scale.

For the past two years, I’ve been freelancing with agencies on pitches and live projects, including BravoCon and South Park at San Diego Comic-Con 2025. Before that, I served as Managing Creative Director at ADVOC8, an experience design agency born in Washington, DC.

Along the way, I’ve taught Experience Design and Design Concepts at The Creative Circus and Miami Ad School — because sharing what you’ve learned is part of the job that I really love.

I’m a Pittsburgh guy who studied advertising and public relations at Penn State and design at The Creative Circus. My path has taken me through The XD Agency in Atlanta, Jack Morton Worldwide in New York, 72andSunny in Los Angeles, and Periscope (now Betty) in Minneapolis — collaborating with brands like YouTube, Starbucks, Target, Porsche, LEGO, Niantic, McDonald’s, Activision, Red Bull, Turner Broadcasting, SONOS, Coca-Cola, Audible, Under Armour, Smirnoff, and many more.

But titles and logos only tell part of the story.

I’m a team player (football and rugby taught me that early), a leader when leadership’s needed, and a cheerleader when that’s what moves the work forward. I’m a quick learner, a fixer, a sponge, a tough love guy, and — yes — a teddy bear at the right moments.

I love what I do because it’s never static. Every project is a new room, new people, new energy. You listen. You read the temperature. You push when it’s time to push. You make people laugh when they need it. And if you’re lucky, you leave everyone — yourself included — a little better than when you started.

I’m equally comfortable at the front of the room or in the corner quietly observing. I love ’80s movies, documentaries about cults, the perfect hot dog, pickup sports, quippy television shows, and the kind of trivia that no one asked for but everyone enjoys.

I’m a little bit of everything — grounded, curious, strategic, playful, with the perfect amount of sarcasm. But talking this much about myself makes me feel like my last name should be Kardashian.
